Pasta al Limone with Caviar
A Cheers Worthy Recipe!
Our good friend, Chef Stephanie Valentine has offered up her simple and delicious recipe, Pasta al Limone with Imperial Osetra.
Ingredients
Serving Size: 4
8 oz of pasta of your choice
Caviar of your choice (Imperial Osetra used here)
½ cup cream
½ cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
Cook the pasta in salted water - al dente. Reserve some of the liquid and drain the pasta.
To the pot add:
½ cup cream
½ cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt & Pepper to taste
Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
