Ingredients
Ingredients:
8 oz of pasta of your choice
Caviar of your choice (Imperial Osetra used here)
½ cup cream
½ cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook the pasta in salted water - al dente.
Reserve some of the liquid and drain the pasta.
To the pot add:
½ cup cream
½ cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt & Pepper to taste
Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
